I love this Von Maur for all of my shopping -- I find everything I want and need in my price range at this store. You can find items and sizes here that are not available anywhere else. The "on-sale" events are really really good -- the designers events are really fun. The salespeople are extremely personable and well coached; the clothing, jewelry and accessories displays are stunning. The store has a strong sense of salesmanship and meeting its customers' needs. The merchandise is high-quality, and best of all, the store stands behind its merchandise. I especially love the shoes clearance room. The overall atmosphere is calming-- the music is a lovely addition. The ladies lounge is very well lit, clean, and inviting. When I make a phone purchase, a thoughtful thank you card from the sales person is always enclosed. This is my No. 1 "Go-to" shopping arena -- it's a very well-kept department store of high quality, competitively-priced merchandise. It reminds me of shopping in large city department stores with my grandmother.
Terribly rude service. I have been shopping there for a least 4 years now, always order my stuff from the internet, yesterday I had a bad experience with there customer service at Iowa. They cancel my items because I place at least 5 order in the same day. Sarah it's one of the credit department manager, that was rude to me.
I have shopped at Von Maur for over ten years and their service is impeccable. Great quality that they stand by, personable sales people who take the time to know you and your preferences. The only thing I would add is a small confectionery area. Eden Prairie is glad and proud to have you in our community and so am I. Thank you.

Terribly rude service. There was a tall man in a suit behind the jewelry counter, very grumpy and demeaning treating everyone very poorly. He looked like a manager but I don't believe he was. A lady wanted to look at some jewelry in the counter and he told her to hold on he was trying to get to it. I listened to several other conversations the same. My experience was the same and I will not shop this place again. This man needs help.
For a high end department store, it feels very stale and way too wide open. Also, Halloween displays up in July and Xmas up in August. Come on, it's Minnesota. Let us actually have a summer!
