The store is well organized most of the time.The offers don’t make much sense sometime though.The kid section is not that great.Also,the clearance section is always a mess. I like the activewear section the best.
You know why I don't like this store? Two reasons, no one EVER answers the phone no matter what department you call....EVER. Why have a phone number listed if your phones are never answered? Secondly, a lot of the check-out desks with registers never have anyone at them.
I was very displeased with the staff. Went to the counter to purchase an item and was told rudely that it was not a part of the discount. She then continued to tell me that if I had read the fine print I would have known it was not eligible for the discount. I then proceeded to purchase the item at Kohl's for cheaper and with more helpful staff. I will never return to this store.
Why have three registers open for an entire department store? I can't even get my husband to shop here because he knows the check out will take forever and I can't imagine how frustrating this is for people with kids.
