I love the products Costco carries. I do not like the way the store in Eden Prairie is laid out. The check out lines cross the shopping area and make it very difficult to do either. The Maple Grove Costco is much easier to find merchandise in. I would give it a 5 star.

I loved Costco for the first 12 years of my membership. Recently we switched our cell service there with the promise of three $125 Costco cards after a 90 day cancellation term to cover them I get. After 4 months we got 1 card. After my wife attempted 4 different times to fix it. The furthest she got was an email saying “promo over. Your info can’t be found and don’t respond cause we don’t monitor these emails. So after I ran into the same exact thing over the next month. I went in. The rep said can’t help but will have a manager call. So after my wife and I hitting a brick wall with customer service. I tracked down Jose a Costco manager and shared with him that now my 7 attempt has only gotten a. I’m not responsible answer. He informed me that even tho they are on their floor. It’s not really anything to do with Costco. I need to deal with them. I disabled and have the time. If you see a guy at their cell kiosk pissed off with glasses and a cane yelling. It’s me !
This place furnishes our house, fixes our equipment, maintains our cars, and feeds our family. All at prices that are insanely low with absolutely impeccable quality and customer service. Their people are driven, their products constantly updated, and I have NEVER had an issue with anything I have purchased there (other than not liking something) - but even then returns are done perfectly. This is possibly the ideal department store.
Excellent store. I understand that this is a wholesale store, but sometimes item sizes may be considered too large for a family of 3. For example, there is no way we could consume so much broccolis or baby carrots before they go bad. I think they should revise the sizes of their fresh produce packages so they can still be called "fresh" when you actually use them.
