We had the worst experience at this location. The DVM was Dan Wingert, who could care less about what was happening, it felt like he was just there finish his shift rather care about our pet. Staff was horrible, disorganized, rude, short with people, very nasty smell lingering everywhere. I would never bring my pet here again, it is a butcher shop!
We waited 3 hours for our pet's discharge and everytime we asked for update they were rolling their eyes. It is a very dirty and old place, smells horrible! I didn't see any passion and care how they handle our situation. I care about my pet so much that I will never come back here! First and last time for sure.
My dog ate some chicken bones and we didn't notice until after our regular vet had closed; he seemed to be very uncomfortable. They were very professional (my dog is a cry baby and tends to squirm around when people try to examine him); they took an X-ray, asked a bunch of questions, and tried to determine what his level of pain was. Overall, they just said to monitor him and to bring him back if anything seemed to get worse. The piece of mind to have a vet tell us not to worry too much was well worth the trip.
Great docs knowkedgeable.much better than the u of m I get tired of dealing with students at the u of m.
I had been referred to blue pearl with an on going problem with my pet. Starting with the consultation the vet was so great and took the time to really explain everything clearly. A prescription was recommended and the technician that helped went above and beyond to help me. The whole team was great to work with. Great experience.
