The pizza is great, unfortunately the customer service isn't. I have been unable to place orders from the website the last two times I've tried. Once, my order and apparently 30 others went through 24 hours after they were placed. The manager was so crabby and rude when he called to clarify if we still wanted our pizza. It's not my fault your system messed up. Now, we tried to order a pizza today and I was told it'd be at least an hour and a half because there was only one deliverer and he was bringing a big order to a church. Who has only one driver during football Sundays? It's always a headache to order from this location and it's just not worth it.
Its one thing to forget something on an order but when I order a 15 piece chicken popper and I only get 10 pieces..... GRRRRRRRR!!! Maybe I am the winner of the day and get a free new custom 10 piece chicken popper order (even though I paid for 15)?
