If a lower rating were possible, I would give this place a -5. Very, very rude people. Never did receive our order. They sent it to the wrong address and then blamed me.
We used to order from this location but our recent experience has changed our minds on giving them our business. We called early on two separate evenings to order for delivery but were told both times that the driver had been sent home early. Why would there be no delivery at 7pm on a saturday? The employee that answered both evenings was very rude even before mentioning that it was pickup early. Both evenings we ordered from Papa John's instead which had no problem delivering.
Used to be my favorite pizza place, had good food but they don't deliver anymore which would be fine if they didn't make their hours half as long as well meaning you have to get your pizza between 3-9. Not convenient at all for a pizza place.
I used to love Sarpino's but this location no longer delivers, and they are pretty rude to tell you that on the phone. Like it's an annoyance to call and actually want to buy their product. Oh well Domino's it is!
Guys work hard, online orders still deliver (just put in notes address to deliver and call to verify), easy to work with, pizza is good.
