Very pleasant accommodations. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Great breakfast selection. Nice fitness room. The pool and Whirlpool were nice, but they were having problems with the heaters in the pool area. Made that experience sub par.
Comfortable beds. Friendly reception at check in. Free breakfast on a Saturday morning is a complete zoo. Pool is small but clean and very good for little kids (must have been 100 deg F!) Almost uncomfortably warm. Convenient location close to food and shopping.
Our stay was fine. We had to change rooms because the heating unit was very noisy. The second room was good
Staff were very understanding and accommodating when our child had a spill on the sheets. Conference room was nice and kids had a blast in the pool (a little cold, though). Rooms were clean and breakfast was complimentary and good.
Springhill Suites in Eden Prairie is a nice place to stay. It's clearly been recently renovated, and it's very clean. It's easy to get to from the highway as well as located close to lots of shopping. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
