This hotel shouldn't even get a 1/4 of a Star. My significant and I stayed here for four days and three nights with a bridal party we were a part of. This hotel has been booked for a reserved wedding block by the bride and groom basically a year in advance. It's so hard to express in words how disgusting the hotel is, how the staff is, and how they treat there PAYING guests. Most of their business this weekend was from the wedding party and the families and friends coming from out town. Problems started even when booking a room they were to honor a wedding rate for the RESERVED wedding block, and instead tried to overcharge us because it would be my boyfriend and myself. We weren't the only ones they were trying to victimize by this repulsive scam. When we finally got to the hotel- they didn't have knowledge of any "wedding block" as they put it. We ended up being scattered through the hotel- which usually isn't a big deal except that the elevators barely work. The rooms themselves weren't kept, dirty doesn't even do justice for description here. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs because I have bites all over me. Whenever we expressed concern they would basically ignore us, or tell us and I quote "Well this has just been a really hard weekend for us." FOR YOU?! So unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would've rather slept in the parking lot regardless of weather. You scammed us out of money and a wonderful experience, you're hotel is not up to code and your manners were poor. I wish that was the end of my review but let's just say the FREE shuttles was ONE shuttle that could fit barely 6 people for an entire wedding day. The driver was always late, and personally didn't know how to drive. Last thing you want is to be tossed around like your lives don't matter on an important day.
I had a pleasant experience. Employees were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was well kept and bed so comfortable.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, at first glance this is a lovely hotel with great amenities. Even the breakfast was delicious. However, the entire time during my stay I've been battling with little to no wifi connectivity available. I've talked to their IT team, had them reset the entire router, but nothing has worked. This wasn't just for me either, there are multiple other guests who are having the same issue. In today's day and age, I feel like this shouldn't be an issue.
Very new and modern. Mostly clean. Great value. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were tiny were not even double size. They were fulls! Room was big, really weird that bed wasn't sized appropriate. Also for a new hotel it was way too noisy. Doors closed really loudly and human noise traveled way too much.
Very nice lobby, clean and quiet rooms. Pool area was chilly and there was no hot tub. Breakfast was better than an average complimentary breakfast. A better hotel for a business traveler than a family with younger kids.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We've stayed in Hyatts before and have enjoyed them. This hotel takes the cake for uncleanliness, poor management, and health hazards. I'm so disappointed with our stay here, and that our concerns weren't even considered or taken note of. We were brushed off to the side as if all we were were $$$ they needed to stay afloat.
