Bought a pair of shoes here a month or two ago - overall had a good experience. This week I an issue with a manufacturer defect on one of the shoes I purchased. They were able to look up my previous purchase on my DSW account and replaced the shoes, which they had in stock. It was one of the easiest exchanges I've made anywhere. Nice selection for guys, clean store, great customer service.
Had shoes in my size I would want and the staff was not pretentious.
I generally only shop here for the "clearance" shoes as the discounts on the non-clearance items aren't as low as I would like to see them. The staff is always friendly and easily able to locate my unknown rewards information.
