Easy to use, helpful customer service, Free WiFi, Heated
Always had very plesent experiences with all staff I have ever encountered here, from dispatchers, and staff answering phone calls, to the bus drivers themselves. It seems like it must be an enjoyable place to work or something, because everyone always seems so cheerful and happy. Sometimes, I can find that so sickening, but they are not just faking it, and trying desperately to make you believe it, but that its just genuine happiness. At least that has always been my experience, and I have been riding for almost 2 years now.
For $5 round trip they offer express buses to the Twins games. Pay exact change as you board bus to go to the game and just board the return bus. A short one block walk to the stadium gate, much closer than you can park. They use the comfortable tour buses, not the plastic seat city buses.
Signs for where you need to wait don’t always match to where the bus will be stopping. They do have overhead heaters which is great for waiting outside in the fall, however they do not get very warm in the cold of winter. The waiting room/building has a good amount of seating, TVs for entertainment, and a few vending machines to take care of thirst or hunger.
Excellent bus service but please upgrade the WIFI. When the bus is full, the WIFI is dreadfully slow.
