I was in need of an urgent move and was left stranded by a company which I had made previous arrangements to move with. I am a married man with kids and I needed to report to my new job posting in Boston, MA on time. Although my wife is very capable it would not be possible for her to manage such a monstrous task alone and in my absence with three boys. I was actually pulling out my hair, just then I saw a neat & tidy truck of 1st Class Moving pass before my eyes. I was quick to take note of their number from the moving truck. That was it and 1st Class Moving was at our rescue. We made arrangements for them to shift us the very next day and they agreed to it. The movers drove in on time and got to work immediately. They packed and loaded all the stuff and we were done by evening all the packing was finished. The delivery was made 7 days later as promised with zero damage and no lost items. The movers unpacked and helped me assemble my new furniture. I am so thankful to them.
Excellent service - prompt, hard working and flexible. I could not have asked for more. Nothing was too much effort and everything was done quickly and with care. All of our things arrived in pristine condition and were put in the correct rooms. There were no breakages and the move was easily completed within the day. First of all, they were easy to reach out to, and have very affordable prices. Second of all, they are punctual. Third of all, they are neat and careful with stuff, from big furniture pieces, to boxes, to smaller items, everything was safe and sound. Fourth of all, they have been friendly, and pleasant to deal with. I was extremely satisfied, they did a quality job and help me have a stress free moving experience. I would have given a 5-star rating, but the final bill came slightly over the quote but it's still fine considering the fact that initial estimate was VERY low. I recommend their services though!
I have relocated quite a few times before but none of the experiences was as effortless as the one with 1st Class Moving. It was really easy getting a quote from them. The customer service was extremely friendly. But the real gems were their movers. They arrived right on time and they meant just business. They easily packed up everything and set off. The delivery was made on time and I was chuffed realizing that nothing was lost or broken. I recommend this company very highly.
