The guy said my quote wasn’t enough and asked for 50$ cash to finish the job. I was very busy with moving but I had to wait for him to get off the phone with your HR, from what I heard since I was standing right next to him trying to get on with my day... The kicker is he dumped all of the water in my garage, so cmon over if you’re looking for ice to skate on!
I have used Stanley Steemer many times and
They don't clean based on size of the room. We have a small kitchen, a small bathroom and a very small entry that I had cleaned and it was $300.00 - way too much...will go with Zerorez next time.....

Had to have them come back for a small area.
When moving into our house we had all of the carpet in the house cleaned, deodorized, and protected. The crew was very nice, but did a very rushed job (for approximately 1800 sq ft they were here for an hour). The next day the house smelled like wet dog. I called to have them come back out and clean the areas the wet dog smell was worst. They did come back, and again the crew was very nice but did another rush job ("cleaned and deodorized" about 900 sq ft in 15 min). Our house still smells like dog, and the carpet is now crunchy.
