Yesterday I went in to get a new light switch for my bathroom. I know absolutely nothing about changing light switches but I managed to do it because these guys took the time and effort to explain to me what needed to be done. The light switch cost less than $1.50 and the time they took to help me was worth much more. Thanks guys!! *****
Been coming here lately instead of going to one of the bigger stores and it has been a great experience so far. There is always someone around to help me. Two weeks ago I went in to get exterior paint and I got an exact match with the little chip of paint sample I brought in. I didn't have to wait very long which is something I cannot say when I am at one of the bigger stores. The same guy also helped me select wood stain and other materials needed.

Love this store and the people. Helpful and knowledgeable. Prefer this store when I have questions, glad to have it in the neighborhood.

We can't say enough about our rental experience with these guys!!! We rented a motorized snake to ATTEMPT to clean out a plugged basement sewer line but.........
I needed a new light switch for my Den. Went to Jerry's in my neighborhood and there they showed me a new wifi outlet made by WION/Woods. WOW. Did they ever by steer me in the right direction. Easy setup and now turning on my light with my smart phone. Jerry's always get's it done.

While trying to unclog this line in our basement the snake got stuck and for several days I was unable to get anyone to free it loose, so we could return it. After 3 days we finally gave up and cut the snake off in the pipe and returned it knowing full well we were in for a huge expense. They turned out to be EXTREMELY understanding and charged us a fraction of what we expected.
