Though they may be busy and having enough customers for now, they should always be professional, courteous, and friendly. Some of the ladies there need to know they are in the service business serving families and kids.
Horrible experience. I brought my 7 year old daughter in for a haircut and she was in tears because of how the hairdresser was hurting her as she was combing her hair out. I understand my daughter gets snarls in her hair but the hairdresser continued even though it was hurting and tears were flowing down her face. The hairdresser then basically scolded her because she doesn't brush her hair often enough (which isn't true at all). I have been to this location a few times with not the best experience but this was the worst. Never coming back here!
They do really great work here, I can somewhat relate to other's reviews here however after speaking to our stylist and being very specific in what we are looking for it turned out great. I recommend being vey clear and specific, and if unsatisfied they allow you to come back and get a touch up.
THEN she put some sort of goop in his hair, which was so strong it sent my asthma flaring :/ it took three washes to get it out! And it made his hair crusty, so I still have no idea what she actually put in it.
Awful hair cut and very rude obnoxious girl, do not recommend. I have to take my son to another hairdresser tomorrow to try fix the horrific haircut.
Finally after all that, I just wanted to leave, when she had the nerve to try to upsell me on some products. I just wanted out of there as quickly as we could. My poor son was so distraught, I promised him we'd never come back again!
I had a horrible experience here as well . . . I also had a women who combed out knots very roughly, and my three year old son was crying, but she kept insisting she was "almost done". I didn't want to traumatize him by going through the whole process over again, but I was just about to tell her we were leaving, which miraculously got her to finally move onto the haircut, which looked horrible!
