I don't write a lot of reviews. I had to write one for this place. I have a 7 year old who needed a birthday party. I am extremely busy and had to go in on my day off to set it up. They gave my 2 kids arcade credit to Play games while I talked about the party. Amazing. Fast forward to the party I have never seen such amazing customer service. Seriously how is this place not better known?! I will be back many times. Food: great
Very large!! They have a huge arcade and many lanes to bowl. They also have pool tables, a bar, and food. Great place to host a child's birthday party or any other social gathering. Adequate parking as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located near the Eden Paraire mall.
Recently hosted my fiance's 30th surprise birthday party here and he had such a blast! Great place for you and your inner kid :D
Expect to pay a decent amount of money but there are options for fun of all ages and personality types you will end up getting your moneys worth here. Heavily recommend bringing a large group of people as most things here are just more fun with more people. Family safe music is a big plus how ever my only real complaint would be that you cant spend cash here its 100% plastic but if you have cash you can buy a gift card to use inside amd reload the card as much as you want wich is nice if you want to stay on a budget. I personally never use paper but it was still an inconvenience for some of my family.
I have bowled at the Eden Prairie Bowlero two times since moving into the apartment building right next to there facility. These are the driest lanes I have ever bowled on. I bowl a 215 average and can't even come close to keeping my spare ball on the lane. The first time I visited this location I scuffed my spare ball because it was cutting so hard, this time I threw three balls and walked back to the front desk to try and get my money back. The staff was pretty helpful although I could barely hear them because the music was so incredibly loud. I talked them into letting me pay for just one game rather than unlimited bowling. Then I packed up my stuff and walked home in the rain. I won't be bowling on these lanes again. The guy at the front desk told me they only oil the lanes once a week with I fully believe at this point! Very Poor Lane Conditions!!!
