EP Specific: Knowledgeable, fair, friendly staff, but they charge too much of a premium relative to turnaround time, communication, and organization. I'll probably go here for overnighting QBP parts in a pinch, but I'll likely be taking the bulk of my business to Penn, Tangletown, ACF.

I'm disappointed in the scheduling of my bike repair. When I brought my bike in to have a hub overhaul I knew it would take a while so I had called ahead and asked for how long the job would take. I was quoted 4 days at $25 per hub so I brought the bike in where I was then quoted $35 per hub and 11 days which I accepted thinking they may get it done early since it took only a few hours to have my buddies new drivetrain installed. It is now 12 days from my initial drop off day and have been told it will take several more days to wait for a part. I was also quoted now $100 for the entire job. Penn cycle can have my business back they at least are true to their price and timely on responding to questions and completion of jobs.
